CSN Homes save homeowners money by repairing roof works
Having completed the development of flats at 75 and 77 Rowlands Road, 2 years and 1 year ago respectively, CSN Homes recently learnt of a problem with the roof of both buildings which could not have been known about at the time of the refurbishment. The cost to repair this could have been passed onto the owners via the service charge, but instead CSN Homes decided to undertake and pay for these repairs themselves.
MD Alan Goldberg commented ‘When we take on a property to develop we are very mindful of the local community and those that are potentially going to purchase. We felt that it was unfair for a new homeowner to pay for repairs even though the law says that is what they have to do, so we stepped up to the mark, got the work done and paid for it.’.
