CSN Homes granted planning permission for Cavendish, Worthing

CSN Homes are delighted that having worked closely with the local Planning team and the Conservation Area team, we have been granted planning permission for the conversion of the former Cavendish Hotel on the Worthing seafront.

The conversion, which will provide 8 bespoke, premium flats including a duplex penthouse will retain and reinstate the character and period architectural features of this handsome parade.

Worthing is a centrally located town on the Sussex Coast and lends itself to being a well positioned base from which visitors can explore the County. It is also within close proximity to Brighton, Arundel, Chichester and the South Downs.

The Cavendish occupies a prime seafront location, situated on the main promenade and within easy walking distance to all the facilities that Worthing has to offer. The property was originally built as two houses and forms part of a long terrace opposite Worthings’ promenade, and once renovated will add to the ambiance of the seafront once again.

CSN Homes are planning to offer eight apartments including a penthouse. These will all be developed to an exceptional standard, ensuring that fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality so that each apartment meets the expectations of the potential purchasers.

The apartments will be a variety of two, three and four bedrooms, and will all have sea views.

CSN Homes have recently finished a development of studio and one bedroom flats in Rowlands Road and all the properties, including the retail space, have now been purchased.

Other local projects include a range of studio apartments in Chapel Road, in Worthing town centre, and studio and one bedroom flats in New Broadway near to West Worthing Station. CSN Homes are also developing a luxury, executive home near the seafront and these in addition to other completed projects can be viewed online at www.csnhomes.uk.
