PROJECT AIM: To modernize the existing house and to create an additional dwelling on side plot.
PROJECT PROGRESS: Existing house modernised and added to rental investment portfolio whilst planning for additional house on side plot was obtained. Consent was granted, site sold and new house built. Existing house is on the market for sale.
