PROJECT AIM: To terminate the existing commercial leases in order to convert the five upper floors to residential apartments with sea views.
PROJECT OUTCOME: Successfully received permission for fourteen flats including a pent house and two further superior apartments all with magnificent balconies. All apartments now sold on. CSN have retained the ground floor commercial premises.
